CHILDREN & YOUTH
At JC Cowboy Church, we believe in nurturing the next generation in a fun, engaging, and faith-filled environment. Our Children’s & Youth Groups meets during the Sunday service, giving kids the opportunity to learn about Jesus in a way that’s exciting and meaningful. Children begin the service with the whole congregation, worshiping alongside their families before transitioning to a special weekly lesson led by our dedicated Children’s Ministry leaders, Tients & Mary Shippy. With a heart for teaching and a passion for sharing God’s love, they guide children through Bible stories, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions that help them grow in their faith. We welcome all children to join in as we learn, laugh, and grow in Christ together!
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
Wednesday night is a great way to stay plugged into the body of Christ during the busy week, and take one less meal to plan off your plate! Join us at 6pm for pot-luck style dinner, and Bible study groups from 6:30 – 8:00pm.
Children 4-12 learn and play during a group we like to call Heritage Kids, open to any and all children where each week is an adventure through Bible stories and play. Youth ages 13 – 18 also grow and learn together with social time and directed study. This provides an opportunity for parents to sit in on Women’s and Men’s groups Wednesday night and dig deeper in the Word. More on various groups below.
